Butter
- Brown sugar
-White wine
-Salt
-Pepper.
preparation:
1-Slice the onion.
2-In a pan over medium heat add butter and onion, mix for 5 minutes.
3-Add sugar, white wine (half a glass) and cook over low heat until it evaporates.
3-Season the rice with salt and a pinch of pepper and add the caramelized onion.
