Ingredients:
-300 grams of cod
-Flour
-Eggs
-Milk
-Weight of yeast
-Ajos
-Chopped parsley
-Oil.
Preparation:
1-Beat the eggs, add milk and beat again to start preparing the mass of homemade cod fritters.
2-Chop the cod into small pieces and put it in a bowl with the eggs, the chopped garlic and the chopped parsley, mix.
3-Add the flour with the yeast, and mix until the ideal dough to make fritters.
4-In a pan with enough oil and medium heat we are placing the dough of the fritters already with the pre-heated pan, leave until golden brown.
