Ingredients:
-2 cups of rice
-2 slices of ham
-Onion
-Tomatoes
- Vegetable or chicken
-White wine
-Parmesan
-Oil
-Salt
-Pepper.
preparation:
1-Add oil to a pan and fry the onion (chopped), remove it in a
separate container.
2-Put a little oil in the pan and fry the rice until it has color.
3-Add the previously heated broth, wine, onion, grated ham, tomatoes
(chopped), salt and pepper.
4. Leave on medium heat until a large part of the liquid evaporates.
5. Add grated Parmesan cheese.
