Ingredients:
-2 pounds of red potatoes
-Chain of tin peas
-2 large hard boiled eggs
-Media cup of red pepper
-1/4 cup of purple onion
-1/4 cup of cut green olives
-1/4 cup mayonnaise
-Lemon juice
-1/4 tablespoon of salt
-Pepper.
preparation:
1-Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes. Drain, wait for the temperature to lower, remove the skin from the potatoes.
2-Add the peas, the eggs, the pepper, the onion and the olives in a large bowl.
3-Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl and then pour and mix everything.
