Ingredients:
-1 pork sirloin
-500 grams of tomato
-Onion
-Garlic
-White wine
-Mushrooms
- Extra virgin olive oil
-Zucchini
-Red pepper
-Pepper
-Smoked paprika
preparation:
1-Chop the garlic and onion finely and put them in a pan with a little olive oil and put over medium heat.
2-Add the pepper, zucchini, tomatoes, paprika (no peel) to the pan, a little pepper and white wine, stir and let cook.
3-Cut the sirloin into medallions, and put them in a pan with oil for 4 minutes on each side and remove them.
4-Cut the mushrooms into slices and put them in a pan over medium heat and sauté them.
5-Put the mushrooms and sirloin medallions in the same pan with the tomato sauce, stir, add salt and leave for another 5 minutes.
