Ingredients:
-100 gr. Noodle
-Onions
-corns
-Scallion
-Potatoes
-Chopped garlic
Pork pork bones
-200 gr. of ham
-Egg
-Bread crumbs
-Flour
-Olive oil
-Salt
-Parsley.
preparation:
1-Chop the onions, the long onion and 2 carrots in large pieces.
2-In a pot with plenty of water add the potatoes, pork bones, salt onions and carrots before chopped, leave on medium heat for 20 minutes.
3-Chop the ham and put it in a bowl, add an egg, chopped garlic, bread crumbs and chopped parsley, stir and form balls, pass them through flour and fry them in a pan.
4-With the broth to a hot, add the noodles and balls of ham and leave for 5 minutes
