Ingredients:
-Butter
-Onion
-Broccoli
-Chicken or vegetable stock
-Tough of thick cream
-Salt
-Pepper
- Ground beef
- Ground paprika
-Graced cheddar cheese
preparation:
1-In a medium saucepan over medium heat put oil and chopped onion leave for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
2-Add the broccoli and a little water cook for 3 minutes.
3-Add the broth, cream, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper leaves over low heat for about 15 minutes.
4- Put the soup in a blender leave it until it has no lumps, then transfer it to a pot where you can add cheese.
