Ingredients:
-12 maracuyás
-400 gr milk condemned
-1 on milk cream
-1 about unflavored gelatin
-1 on large gelatin (flavor to choose, preferably from passion fruit or pineapple)
-Sugar
preparation:
1-For the base of the dessert will be used 9 ripe passion fruit, which we will put in the blender, queue to get all the juice.
2- Put the juice, condensed milk and cream in the blender.
3-Flavored gelatin should be placed on medium heat with a cup of water until dissolved.
4- Add the gelatin to the blender mixture and make a new liquefied, put the mixture in resipietes and bring to the refrigerator.
5-The upper part of the dessert should be liquefied the remaining four passion fruit and strained. This juice is put in a pan over medium heat and add sugar, mix until it begins to make a honey, let it rest. We put the gelatine without flavor to honey.
6-Put the honey with the gelatin on the base of the dessert.
